so, are folks skipping 1edtech (IMS Global)'s CLR specification in favor of the broader VC Wallet? I don't now a ton about that space; but i know Openbadges 3.0 has been controversial due to a greater priority on verification/accreditation. Or is CLR an acceptable LER within the W3C tontext?
