Celebrating 2 years at Empath — Day 1

Over the last two years at Empath I’ve worked on developing or enhancing skills every day! To celebrate two years — Oct 21 2020 was my official start date - I’ve decided to post every day this week about something I’ve observed, learned, or celebrated based on the acronym of SKILL.

SEEN — Empath’s primary objective is using skills to help employees be seen — by their employer, their teammates, and even revealing skills to themselves. The way we do that is unique — advanced machine learning technology built on top of a first in class user experience — but that core objective still gives me great motivation and excitement.
